Kate Culligan M.Ed Biography 303-832-8108 Kate Culligan, founder of Kate Culligan Associates brings twenty-five years of experience in marketing, management and human resource development to train and coach individuals to use their strengths to create satisfying careers.  She works with employees to survive change and helps new managers to effectively lead and motivate their teams. Kate also works with both individuals and teams within corporations and small businesses to provide human resource consulting in the areas of conflict resolution, leadership development, communication, employee retention and performance improvement.    Prior to starting her own firm, Kate directed marketing at the Denver Division of  Clear Channel, one of the country's largest media companies, and was involved in several mergers.
